Yard Team

Team goals include:

Pixel Stakes

• Take long PVC sticks off bottom of pixel stakes
• Remove tripod connectors from main pixel stakes but keep legs attached to the center tripod
• Put the tripod feet into black rolling tub
• Wrap Pixel Stakes with plastic wrap in bundles of 10 stakes (one string of lights per bundle)
• Stage Pixel Stakes outside the north rolling gate to be brought to the Building A Backstage Storage area by the truck team
• Bring all cables and control boxes to Cable Team under the Ramada

MiniTrees

• Collect MiniTrees, keep all cables connected, fold them down so they store flat
• Stage MiniTrees from behind the MegaMatrix to outside the north rolling gate to be brought to the Building A Backstage Storage area by the truck team

MegaMatrix Black Landscape Fabric

• Take the black landscape fabric that is around the bottom of the big screen in the yard off the screen/fence and roll it up as nicely as possible.
• Move black landscape fabric outside the northwest swing gate to be taken to the trailer by the street

Photo Booth

• Pack the photo booth into the storage bag that should be under the front right sandbag of the photobooth
• Stage photo booth outside the north rolling gate to be brought to the Building A Backstage Storage area by the truck team
• Bring all cables and control boxes to Cable Team under the Ramada

Collect any loose cables and controllers

• Look for and clean up any remaining controllers and cables and bring them to Cable Team under the Ramada

Check if the team taking down the large MegaTrees needs help

• When done, check in with Tim
