Large items for the trailer:
- 2 - MegaTree bases (14 foot trampoline base sections)
- Many - Poles from the MegaArches (that were in front of the coffee shop entrance and kids building)
- 20 - Metal arches that will be broken down into manageable sections
- 6 - Six foot steel rings from the bottom of the ChromaTrees
- 8 - Crank stands that were used as ChromaTree stands
- 10 - 12’ x 6’ x 1” MegaMatrix triangular legs (These will come in last, but leave a spot for them… they are only 1 inch thick each, but they are 12 feet long and one end is 6 feet tall.)
- Sandbags that are at the bases of the MegaTrees (keep them in the garbage bags)
- Sandbags that are at the bases of the MegaMatrix (do not remove these until the screen is ready to come down)
- 2x4” boards used as bases for light arches
- There will be a few other random things coming, but those can be organized around the big items
Other Times
- If there are times items aren’t coming in, you can go find these items and help load them up on Bertha to get them to the trailer
