Trees to Clean Up

• Two 30’ MegaTrees

Step-by-Step Instructions

Black Landscape Fabric

• Remove fabric around tree bases
• Place in black bin labeled “Fabric”

MegaTrees

1. Check Megatree string numbers to make sure they are in order. There is a lable maker under the Ramada, if strings need to be renamed
2. Disconnect all cables from control boxes to the light strings
   • Short adapters (<6”) may stay attached to the control box
   • Coil cables nicely, securing them using velcor cable ties. If velcor cable ties are missing, there should be extras under the Ramada
   • Bring all cables and control boxes to the Cable Team under the Ramada
3. Disconnect light strings from trampoline frames
4. Keep ball bungees together in bundles
5. Remove control boxes from trees
6. Crank MegaTrees down fully. Be careful while lowering as not all cranks have self-braking
7. Disconnect light strips from the top, keep the carabiners attached to the top
8. Place light strips into labeled totes:
   • “MegaTree 1”
   • “MegaTree 2”
   • Maintain string numbering
9. Stage totes and stars outside the north rolling gate to be taken to the Building A Storage Area
10. Disassemble trampoline frames into manageable sections (it does not need to be taken all the wy apart)

• Replace screws after disassembly
• Bring frames and sand bags outside the northwest swing gate to be taken to the trailer by the street

11. Move rolling masts to the north side of building F (Bertha, can help with this)
