Lift Team

Team goals (not necessarily in order)

We’ve requested two extra scissor lifts and one boom lift, so we should have one scissor lift for the back storage area, one for Stacey in the lobby, and one for outside. If Stacey finishes with the lift in the lobby, Jared can take that one.

Scissor lift

• Patio A
  • Leave all permanent track lighting
  • Take all other lights/controllers/Christmas stuff off the front of the building A patio
  • We should be able to have someone else get the MiniMatrixes off the sides of the patio.
• Building A cross
  • Take down lights that are attached to the cross.
  • The cross arms should be able to come off for storage by cutting some zip-ties/paracord and disconnecting the wires connectors at the base of the cross arms.
• Building B
  • Take MegaSnowflake off building B - this will go along the wall behind the shelves in the back storage area on the east side of the building just beside the garage door.
• Building B rear entrance
  • Take all snowflakes, controllers, and minimatrixes off the Building B rear entrance
  • Since we’re limited on lifts, I’m going to have someone work with a ladder to get the stuff off the Building B patio.
• Cables & control boxes
  • Bring all disconnected cables and control boxes to the Cable Team under the Ramada.
• Props
  • Bring props to back storage area where Michael L will help you put things.
• Wrap-up
  • Once all that is done. If there is anything Christmas related left in the air when this list is done (with the exception of the drop strings over the grove) it can come down.

Boom lift

• Building B Cross
  • Take down lights that are attached to the Building B Cross.
  • The cross arms should be able to come off for storage by cutting some zip-ties/paracord and disconnecting the wires connectors at the base of the cross arms.
• MegaMatrix
  • Start prepping the MegaMatrix to come down by removing all snowflakes, unistrut, guy wires, and the bolts holding the five sections together.
  • Once this is prepped we will wait for the area to be clear before lowering the screen sections.
• Ramada
  • Leave all permanent track lighting
  • Take everything Christmas related off the front of the Ramada: including drop strings hung from the bistro lights, snowflake, and stars and put away (leave permanent track lighting around the top of the Ramada.)
• Cables & control boxes
  • Bring all disconnected cables and control boxes to the Cable Team under the Ramada.
• Props
  • Bring props to back storage area where Michael L will help you put things.
• Wrap-up
  • Once all that is done. If there is anything Christmas related left in the air when this list is done (with the exception of the drop strings over the grove) it can come down.
