Fence Team
Removal of all lights, controllers, and props mounted to fences around Buildings A & B.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Remove lights from top of fences
- Collect magnets if they remain stuck to the fence

Place fence light strings into:
- Black tote labeled “Fence Lights”
- If you need another bin, there should be one avilable in the Ramada
- Stage full totes outside the north rolling gate

Fence Matrix:
- The two large Fence Matrix (light screens) on the north fence can come off the fence and taken to the Building A Backstage Storage Area. You can give them to Drew or Michael LeBlanc.
- Disconnect cables and control boxes.

Icicles and MiniMatrixes:
- All Icicles and MiniMatrixes that are connected to the fence should be removed.
- Stage outside the north rolling gate

Collect all fence-mounted snowflakes
- Place into AVD rolling case labeled “Snowflakes”

Bring all cables and control boxes to the Cable Team

When finished see if other groups around the Yard need help.
Final Checklist
- Fence tops and sides clear of Christmas Light Show items
- No magnets left behind
- All fence lights and props strored

- Tim should be available on radio channel 13.
