Rounded Arch Tunnels

Locations

• Coffee shop entrance
• Sidewalk between Building A and Building C

1. Remove lights
   • Lights should come off in 1-meter sections
   • Cut zip ties one section at a time
   • Disconnect plastic pieces per section
   • Roll each section tightly
2. Wrap each section in shrink wrap so they cannot get tangled
3. Bring wrapped sections to Building A back storage
4. Disassemle frame
   • Disconnect all straight horizontal poles
   • Sort horizontal poles per arch by length and bundle them together with tape so they do not get mixed up with other poles in storage
   • Split hoops into thirds, do not completely disassemble, this makes it easier for you and the assembly team next Christmas
5. Stage frames outside the Coffee Co Gate for the truck team to take to the trailer by the street

Train Tunnel

• Sidewalk to the east of the Jurrasic Park Building C doors

1. Clip and zipties that are attaching the lights to the legs (keep all lights attched to the top until you lower it)
2. Take out all legs and lower the top
3. Clip and zipties that are attaching the lights to the top
4. Fold the lights as one large mesh in half, then in half the same direction then roll all lights together into one large roll.
5. Shrink wrap the roll of lights so they cannot get tangled
6. Bring wrapped lights to Building A back storage
7. Tape all frame pieces together into a large bundle(s) so they do not get mixed up with other poles in storage
8. Stage frames at the end of that west side walk near the parking lot for the truck team to take to the trailer by the street

Final Checklist

• All light sections wrapped
• Lights brought to Building A storage area
• Metal frames broght to trailer by the street with the help of the a truck or Bertha with a trailer
• See if anyone else needs help
