After Christmas Eve: Immediate Teardown

Overview

Tasks completed immediately after Dec 24 services.

Tasks

• Take all DMX fixtures inside Move all moving heads to back storage Move 2 snow machines to back storage Move Lights from Photo Booth to back storage
• Put sound system away
  (Speaker + tripod bags are in MegaKeys case) Speaker tents should be taken down and put into bags
• Unplug all accessible control boxes
• Collect all cable protector ramps
  → Road case labeled “Cable Protector Ramps”
• Remove “FREE LIGHT SHOW” sign from fence
• Move picnic tables under Ramada to the south side of the Ramada
• Stage rolling cable road cases under Ramada
  (sort by length → then cable type)

Notes

• Leave permanent cables in place
• This staging enables all-staff cleanup efficiency
